Tom has almost two decades of experience as a global marketing executive who built SAP’s Marketing Organization in Europe, US, Latin America, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Tom is also a serial entrepreneur (Matchcode, Pentimenti Art Gallery, Atelier SAP Global Executive Community Platform, Barracuda Discotheque). He won numerous awards, lectures MBA students and published a book for the children of Brazil with the Emerson Fittipaldi Foundation. Tom has a passion for art, design, travel, architecture, sports and in his early days was a competitive snowboarder. Tom lives with his wife and two young children in Philadelphia.

Jaime has over two decades of experience in the marketing, partner and channel world. He supported the launch of the SAP Brand in the Mexican market and built a marketing ecosystem community as the Partner and Alliance Manager for SAP Mexico. Jaime was also a project manager and global account manager for Intel, Microsoft, and the Blackberry Channel Business. He established and turned Matchcode Latin America into a leading player in the marketing space. In his early years Jaime was a Mexican swimming champion and won multiple championships. Today he is an avid traveler, proud father and a passionate entrepreneur.

Pablo is an accomplished marketing strategist, talented creative developer, and influential team leader with over 15 years of experience. He has been increasing the visibility of global high-tech enterprises through effective external and internal marketing communication tactics. Pablo is a specialist in directing multi-disciplinary teams to conceive creative solutions and deliver high-quality projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. He ran marketing communications for a variety of high-tech companies including Lenovo, Dell, LG, Google and Microsoft among others. Pablo is a native Argentinian and a passionate vegan. The traveler, writer and amateur musician is also a proud father of one son and a baby girl.

Meghan has 20+ years working in the high tech industry and spent approximately sixteen of those years working globally with extensive experience throughout Latin America and Europe. During the course of Meghan’s career, she has managed all aspects of marketing – from lead management programs to market research, content development, partner marketing, public and analyst relations, communications, branding, as well as customer reference and satisfaction programs. Meghan is fluent in Spanish and has lived in Australia, Spain and Chile.

With Nytro Marketing, Meghan’s role is Managing Director for North America and she is based in Philadelphia. Her current hobbies include ballroom dancing and running after her two young daughters, while always looking for the best tasting coffee!

Karina has +15 years of experience in marketing & communications in the high tech industry.

She is passionate about channel marketing and enjoys working with companies of different sizes on

their digital marketing journey. Karina is a specialist in managing end-to-end projects for amazing companies like SAP or HP with a focus on innovative ideas, smooth program coordination and effective stakeholder engagement. Being of German/Japanese origin she enjoys working with people around the world. In the end, marketing is a people business. Karina lives with her family in South Germany and loves running, travelling, learning Latin and occasionally playing organ in church.
